Butchery Manager
We currently have an exciting yet demanding vacancy for an experienced Butchery Manager. This unique opportunity will be responsible for ensuring that all raw meat and related commodities are procured to our exacting standards. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to challenge suppliers to achieve a fair market price whilst ensuring that production plans are met with regards to quantity.
This position is responsible for resource planning and for inspecting and approving the quality of all work undertaken by the department. Whilst this position requires excellent leadership skills it is also very much a 'hands on' butchery role. You will be responsible for health & safety and for ensuring that all meat regulations are adhered to.
