Job description

We have a unique opportunity for a full-time Baker to join our Day Bakery Team at our prestigious Ascot Drive Bakery.  

Key responsibilities

• Weighing of ingredients.
• Operation of machinery including mixing, baking and packing of a variety of bakery products

Skills required

• Be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of machinery and handcrafted baking processes.
• The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate pastry and confectionery skills such as piping and decorating to produce products to a high standard in an efficient, clean and tidy manner, observing the highest food hygiene guidelines to meet strict despatch deadlines. 

4 weeks holiday per year increasing incrementally each year to 5 weeks holiday per year (after 5 years continuous service) plus bank holidays. Staff discount.

Hours: 45 p/w

Rate: £514.80 p/w - £536.85 p/w
