Our farmhouse loaf

A classic white yeasted loaf made using a slow, tried, and tested method of proving and baking. Hand-cut scoring on top for a uniform rise, dusted with white flour, then baked on a tray for a natural shape. Our farmhouse recipe has been around longer than we can remember.
