Our champion sausage cob with the added bite of our delicious thick-sliced bacon. Our butchers mix primal cuts of pork with our own recipe breadcrumbs to create our succulent coarse textured sausages, which are oven-baked every day in the store, along with our seasoned stuffing, thick sliced bacon and apple sauce made by Dave. Choosing a star of the show in this unique Birds’ creation is hard.
