Our sourdough loaf

A naturally leavened loaf made using flour, water and salt for a flavour-filled crust, a moist and chewy centre and moreish sourdough taste. Using a starter dough made by Joe 7 years ago named Bella, after his niece, our dough goes through periods of resting before it is hand folded and moulded, ready for baking by our team of night owls.
