  • Can I cancel my order?

    It depends on how far along the process your order is. Contact our team for help trying to cancel or change your order. If we can successfully cancel your order, we can issue a full refund.

  • Can I change my shipping address after my order is place?

    If your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. If you are unsure of whether it has been shipped, please get in touch with one of our team.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, unfortunately, we are unable to deliver outside of the mainland UK due to the perishable nature of our items. Most of our products are sent through a next-day delivery service, and some may be up to 3 days, depending on the shelf life of the products.

  • How long will it take until I receive my order?

    All our products are made to order, and our aim is to dispatch orders from our bakery within 2-4 working days of the order being placed.

    Some products have specific delivery days based on when we make them. Please check each product's delivery information when placing your order.

    During busier times, such as Christmas, our delivery can take a little longer to dispatch.

  • How will my order be packaged?

    All our deliveries containing cooked and raw meat are packed with reusable ice packs in a temperature-controlled box. The boxes will be labelled perishable so our couriers know they must be delivered on the desired day. We will let our couriers know to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.

    In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the couriers will take the parcel back to their local depot, where it will be destroyed at the end of the day. If you miss your delivery, you can call them before the end of the day to discuss collecting your parcel from their depot.

  • What are your delivery charges?

    Our delivery charges vary between products depending on their shelf life and chilled requirements.

    • Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery
    • For chilled and short shelf-life products – APC next day £7.50
    • For chocolates, confectionery and longer shelf-life – Royal Mail £3.95
    • Letterbox gifts – Royal Mail £2.50
  • What if I am not home when APC deliver?

    If you miss a delivery attempt, the couriers will leave a card with further instructions. During the colder months, we advise the couriers to leave the parcel in a safe place or with neighbours if there is no one home. 

    We suggest the couriers leave the order with neighbours during the hotter months. Due to the nature of our items, we don't like leaving the parcels outside in the summer.

  • Where are you unable to deliver to in the UK?

    Perishable deliveries cannot be made to the following locations and postcodes:

    Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Sark, Alderney, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands and Islands, AB30, AB33-38, AB42-45, AB53-56, DD8-9, GY1-8, GY9-10, HS1-9, IM1-9, IM86-87, IM99, IV21-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, JE1-5, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20, PA34-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

  • Which carrier fulfils your online orders?

    Our deliveries are made by APC, who will use your provided contact details to let you know your time slots and complete the delivery. 

  • Why do your products have a short shelf life?

    Our products have a shorter best-before date than others you may find elsewhere. We use as few preservatives as possible, in some cases none! All our products are labelled with a best-before date, which is a guideline of when they taste best but can still be enjoyed for a short while.

    Though it would be lovely if our products last longer, we want to keep the great taste and recipes everyone has been enjoying over the last 100 or so years.
