  • Can I add to my order after I have placed it?

    This is dependent on how much stock each shop has on the day of your order collection. Please ring the shop you placed the order with to discuss your requirements.

  • Can I collect my order at a specific time?

    Yes, just let the shop know when placing your order, and they will ensure it's ready at your desired time.

  • Can I place an order for collection at Christmas?

    Yes, our ring and reserve service is offered every Christmas. Keep an eye on our social media pages closer to the time for the finer details.

  • How much notice do I need to give for a ring and reserve order?

    We ask for two days' notice where possible. If you are ordering platters or large orders, please give our shops a minimum of two days, more if possible.
