We only sell our products through Birds, which includes all our stores and our online shop.

We are delighted to welcome well‑behaved dogs into all of our shops while you enjoy your food and drinks. This policy applies to all customers, not only those accompanied by assistance dogs.

To ensure a safe and hygienic environment for everyone, dogs must be well behaved, kept on a fixed lead or carried, and under the owner’s full control at all times. Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour.

Dogs must be kept away from food displays and are not permitted to sit on chairs or other furniture. If a dog is disruptive, aggressive, or appears likely to cause issues, we reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask the owner and their dog to leave the shop.

For a variety of reasons the business does not accept £50 notes.

Yes, we donate some of our surplus stock to charities and food banks across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Please get in touch with us if you are a charity and would like to work with us.

Yes, our gift vouchers can be purchased online or in one of our stores.

We no longer offer our large celebration cakes, but we are still doing our personalised celebration cupcakes. To order and get more information, ring the shop you would collect from.

A few years ago, we decided to pair with one charity per year. This enables us to focus all our fundraising on one cause.
